An averaged young man whose name yet unknown who allegedly became terrorist always after smoking a substance called ‘Collo’.
According to the information on the stable of media, the alleged ‘Collo’ smoker who engaged in a serious fight with a Police officer was arrested in the act at Akijagunla by Special Forest Ranger Department of Nigeria Forest Security Service while on patrol and he was later handed over to the Police for adequate legal steps.
